On a seriou...Sorry I can't be of help! :-) lol

On a serious note though, if this guy does have issues, even mental health issues, then be careful as his reactions are clearly over the top and irrational. Are you on C&RT moorings? Maybe even a word with them about this character might be worth thinking about, perhaps they could move him elsewhere or give him a warning. If he's just an obnoxious old b*gger then something like that might make him take a serious look at his behaviour.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341050567822685630.post-24754209517342882792012-08-27T12:50:49.041+01:002012-08-27T12:50:49.041+01:00Excellent post Mandy. Mind you I can't completely ignore him as it is my job to have some level of interaction with him. The last manager is reported to have had a nervous break of some kind due to him. Personally, I am off before he can do that to me!

I think this man also has personality problems and I think he may have a narcissistic personality disorder of some kind. It's actually quite sad/interesting to watch. If you chat with him and then change the topic so it is not about him or anything he can relate to he can't cope. It's not 'I am selfish and I don't care about you'. It's a 'I can't understand the words you are using unless it is about me'. It's like watching a computer crash.

Like you I think I can see some anger and rage in me too and previously I have eaten it away or pushed it down. I really need to learn to deal with it properly.

Thanks for a stimulating post.Lynda Alsfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12260944221255162533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8341050567822685630.post-2125924460388398722012-08-27T12:49:08.036+01:002012-08-27T12:49:08.036+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Lynda Alsfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12260944221255162533noreply@blogger.com
